New Life Alternatives offers telehealth services. This means you have the flexibility of coming into our office in Berkley, MI to speak with our practitioners face to face, or conducting your appointment from the comfort of your home, car, or wherever you have a wifi connection. We are committed to providing fast mobile and secure services over our virtual HIPAA compliant telemedicine platform.
Upon filling out your initial consultation form you will be sent instructions to sign onto a secure portal.
Three days before your appointment you will receive a reminder email reminding you of your impending appointment.

At the time of your appointment you will receive a link sent to your mobile device or email from which you will join a video call with your clinician from your smart phone or computer.
If you fail to sign on at the time of your appointment your clinician will call you as a last effort, and then instruct you to set up another appointment at a time that is suitable for you.
